Appointment Confirmation

Treatments will range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Please allow up to 20 minutes for set up and pack up.

Couple packages must be redeemed together and scheduled on the same day. Appointments will be scheduled back-to-back.

Appointment confirmation text messages will be sent one week and four (4) days prior to your appointment. It is requested that you respond to secure your appointment time.

Deposits, Cancellations and Rescheduling

A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your non-refundable booking deposit will remain on your account if the appointment is rescheduled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

A 50% cancellation fee applies if you require to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours (or less) of your appointment time. A 100% cancellation fee applies if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours. Failure to attend or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on teeth whitening services or products. If you are unhappy with the results, please contact us within a week of your appointment to discuss alternative treatment options.

We will accept returns of faulty products within 30 days of purchase. Prior to replacing the product, we require the faulty product and proof of purchase. Please email us to arrange replacement of faulty products.

Results

You understand that the Beyond Professional Whitening Treatment results may vary from individual to individual. Smiling Horizon does not guarantee any specific results with the In-Chair and Take-Home teeth whitening procedures as results vary. You understand that results may regress due to a variety of circumstances. 

You understand that Beyond Professional Whitening Treatments are not intended to lighten teeth with cavities, artificial teeth, caps, crowns, veneers, or porcelain, composite, or other restorative materials.
